To create this closeup I used the Autolevels command in Photoshop, and increased the Gamma to 1.20 in Irfanview, both done as automatic processes.

The original was raised up 300% with Genuine Fractals.

These videos were presented as a single scene, but were actually two cameras with the same CCD values on separate blocks, both looking at Bldg 7 simultaneously. What's the chance this was "chance?"
