I noticed that piece talks about Mass. politics. Shel Israel, who is involved with SIPR, which bought out "Mark Bingham's" Bingham Group, is from Mass., and was actually a speechwriter for a previous Mass. Governor, according to his own biographical sketch.
There may have been an entire web of Bingham Groups created by the same individuals?
