Okay, I did more searching on that Peter Berlandi, and by looking up campaign contributions from him, I could find that he has been a big time contributor to prominent Republicans (Guiliani, Bush, et. al.), and also discovered listed in the occupation field the title of this Bingham Group. Below are only from cycles 2000 through 2004:

So, to review: we have "Mark Bingham's" The Bingham Group, founded and owned by this "Mark Bingham" (started in 1999), which was bought out by SIPR (with Mass. Connections). Then we have this other Bingham Group that I found out about through looking up opensecrets.org contributions, which has existed before 1999, and the names were James Bingham and Jennifer Bingham. James Bingham had addresses listed in both DC, VA, and MD, I believe. Then we have this other The Bingham Group, based out of Seattle, www.binghamgroup.com, and then Bingham Consulting Group, which this Peter Berlandi is tied to, and is based out of Mass. http://www.bingham.com/binghamconsulting/
