These are two versions of an animated sequence.
The backdrop is a panned still. In the second version you can see that smoke is not moving. Notice the red spot on the second footage first frame.
Notice this lick of flame that should have lasted a frame or two is persistant.
Smoke clouds and flame to not sit in suspended animation for a real plane.
