The Official Story is that this video was photographed from a SUV, as excited tourist Pavel Hlava tried out his new video camera.
It seems that if this were true, the reflection in the cars ahead would be the reflection of an SUV.
This is not the case.
The reflection we see reflecting is the reflection of a FIRETRUCK, a firetruck
with it's front lightbar flashing, and then with it's brakes on, and the lightbar
on top reflecting a brighter and non-blinking red.
The first time the First Hit Action is shown, the first frame past the scene transition is this:

The brake-light reflection has already started.

In the second run-thru of the hit, the scene starts earlier, with a lightbar-sweeping
reflection in the back windows of cars in front of the photographer's vehicle.
The lightbar braking reflection continues longer on the second-run-thru,

but is marred by darkening the scene
to highlight the supposed plane in a supposed circle.

Notice the circle isn't circular. This
issue will be looked at in more depth in my aspect-ratio
page, as indication that the original footage was shot not with a home-video
camera, but with professional strength video equipment, which would again point
to film crew outtakes, not some czech tourist.
My conclusion is that the "Pavel
Hlava" footage is actually outtakes from the 911 Video Documentary that
did not fit the plotline.
