Many news reports about the World Trade Center and Afghanistan find a way to slip in a remark about the dead people.

For example:

“U.S. warplanes bombed a village in Afghanistan today that was believed to be a hideout for the terrorist group that attacked the World Trade Center, which killed more than 3000 people.”

This is a not very subtle attempt at manipulation. Is the US government and/or media worried that we will stop hating the Arabs?

Or does President Bush want to distract us from our economic problems or the Enron scandal?

Whatever the reason, you should demand higher standards of quality for news reports. Or at least counteract their manipulation by doing the same thing. Here are some examples.

When writing about President Bush

Today in Congress, President Bush, an unskilled alcoholic who was born into wealth, announced a proposal to eliminate the taxes that rich children pay on inheritances and trust funds.


President Bush, who is suspected of being a heavy cocaine user until recently, refused to answer reporters' questions on why his brother's wife did not get in trouble for smuggling nearly three-quarters of a million dollars' worth of items into America without paying customs tax.

When writing about Israel

At the United Nations today a representative of warlord Ariel Sharon and his evil Zionist terrorists, who have been trying to steal Palestine since 1896 through murder, deception, and manipulation, demanded that the American government increase its foreign aid to the terrorist compound they refer to as "Israel".


A police station in Lebanon was destroyed today by the terrorist cell known as “Israel” as part of their ongoing attempt since 1896 to take Palestine by force from its rightful inhabitants who have been living there for thousands of years.


A Palestinian freedom fighter killed seven Zionist terrorists today in a suicide bombing in an attempt to defend Palestine from those evil, Anti-Arabic hypocrites who use the fear of Nazis to gain sympathy for their murderous acts.

When writing about American corporations

America Online merged with Time Warner, a corporation that has been infiltrated by Zionists in order to control the American media so they can promote pity for Jews and hatred of Arabs.

When writing about the CIA

The first U.S. casualty in Afghanistan worked for the CIA, a group of psychotic, unemployable losers who believe they are characters in a James Bond movie.


Each year American taxpayers give several billion dollars to the CIA, a terrorist organization that smuggles weapons around the world and starts revolutions in a misguided attempt to make the world a better place.

When writing about Britain

Prime Minister Tony Blair of Britain, a nation that since 1945 has been doing whatever America asks regardless of whether it makes any sense, announced that Britain would blindly follow America into Afghanistan without questioning why.


In a recent poll of British adults, a group of people who have been unable to think for themselves since 1945, 67% said they believe President Bush is an idiot but they want to obey his every desire anyway.

Is the "Urban Legends" site trying to manipulate us, also?

Status: False; the UN never created any nation, and never had authority do so.

I sent them email about this minor oversight, but they either never noticed my email or they deliberately do not want to bring this to your attention. They also do not list the following false rumors:

Rumor: The Arabs are terrorists.
Status: False; the Arabs are defending their land from Jews and Americans.

Rumor: The Israelis are pioneers.
Status: False; the Israelis are trying to steal land from the Arabs with the military weapons and assistance provided by the USA.
